Return & Exchange Policy (7 Days)

We take great care in maintaining the quality of our food products (pickles, chutneys, etc.). If you face any issue within 7 days of receiving your order, such as a damaged jar, leakage, or wrong item, please contact us.

Eligibility:  
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging  
- Proof of purchase is required  
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Non-Returnable Items:  
- Opened or used food products  
- Returns due to taste preference or change of mind  
- Sale items and gift cards  

How to Request a Return or Exchange:  
Email us at zaiqaeshikarpur@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
